Seven for the Rainbow: Yellow

I was super exited to take part in a blogger collaboration with the rainbow tag until I got the color yellow. I swore a bit because the truth is I don't really like yellow and I was certain I had nothing that would even be close to being yellow. I did some digging around and found somethings that have something to do with yellow! I don't have a lot because I try to stay away from yellow products!

Carmex Moisturizing Lip Balm
The lip balm itself isn't really yellow, but the lid is so it counts! I haven't really used this lip balm that much since I am finishing my other lip balms but this one is cruelty free and I do like it.

Claire's Cosmetics Chip Resistant - B57 (Reviewed Here
This is my only yellow nail polish! I can't really say much about it, I reviewed it a while ago

Migros - I am Natural Cosmetics - Shower Exfoliator
I know that it is only the bottle on this one that has something yellow but the ingredients sound yellow as well! It has lime and citrus oil in it! It is a great exfoliator and smells like citrus fruits and just wakens you up in the morning!

Cinq Mondes Soins Du Spa  - Rituels D'Aromacologie - Rituel du Siam -  Aromatic Shower and Bath Oil with Bergamot and Gaiac Wood Essential Oils
Even with its super long name (in two languages on the bottle) this has to be one of my favorite bath oil, it foams nicely but not too much and it just smells divine. My skin is super soft when I get out of the bath!

Don't forget to check out the other girls that took part in this blogger collaboration!

  1. Hi, love! I adore Carmex during the winter! It might be strongly scented because it is medicated, but it completely soothes the lips! That bath oil also sounds divine! I can imagine a person would have a really lush bath using that stuff!

So sorry to hear that the color choice dampened your excitement for the project. I believe you were the only person to even pick yellow in their top three, which is why you ended up with it. Either way, I hope you'll consider doing another one with us in the future! I think you did a great job considering it all!

  2. I've never got the deal with bath oils...are you supposed to use it in replacement of shower gel or it is to be applied afterwards? I absoltely adora Carmex when I have extremely chapped lips since it does wonders!

I'm so sorry that you weren't excited by your color choice. Yellow is definitely a harder color...I hope that this not-so-wonderful collaboration experience won't dampen your excitement for future collaborations, with or without us! xx

    1. You can use it instead of shower gel or just in the bathwater if you are taking a bath.

There are just so few things that are actually yellow.
